Your team and sign-in security
Give your own staff Portal logins, and decide what the merchants you serve can reach.
Your team
Invite colleagues from your provider's users page in the Portal. Each person gets a provider login scoped to your provider only: they see your merchants, their transactions and their credentials, and nothing belonging to another provider. An invited person is emailed a temporary password and asked to change it on first sign-in.
- You can switch a login off and on, and reset a password for someone on your team.
- Everyone's sign-ins are protected by the same sign-in codes as every other login, including the new-device check.
- Your Portal landing page is your provider dashboard: merchants and onboarding, payment activity, billing and schedules, and migrations, gateways and support, each with 30-day charts.
Your merchants' logins
Each merchant has its own users, in two roles. An Admin can see and change everything on the account, including its credentials and its API key. Staff can use only the areas an Admin gives them under User roles. You can invite a merchant user from the merchant's own users page, and reset or switch off a login there.
Acting for a merchant
From the merchant's page you can issue, rotate or revoke its API key and manage its gateway credentials. You can do these without the merchant's own login.
