Plans, billing and usage
How PayMidWare charges, and who pays for each merchant.
Standard billing
By default each merchant has its own PayMidWare plan, chosen on its Billing page, and pays for it with a card on file. Usage beyond what the plan includes is charged as overage on the next bill. Merchants see their plan, limits, usage and billing history there. Gateway processing fees are separate and always come from the merchant's own gateway account.
If you want to pay, or to charge your own price
The Enterprise program lets you take over your merchants' PayMidWare billing at enterprise rates. You choose per merchant whether you cover the cost or resell it at a price you set. See the Enterprise guide.
What merchants see
A merchant billed by its provider sees Billed by and your name on its Billing page. If you cover it, it pays PayMidWare nothing and no card is charged. If you resell, PayMidWare charges its card at the price you set.
