Enterprise providers
If you serve many merchants, the standard plans may not be the right fit. Enterprise terms are arranged one provider at a time.
The Enterprise program is for software providers with a sizeable base of merchants. An approved provider takes over its merchants' PayMidWare billing at enterprise rates, in one of two ways for each merchant:
- Covered. You pay PayMidWare's fees for the merchant and the merchant pays PayMidWare nothing.
- Resold. PayMidWare bills the merchant the price you set. You pay your enterprise rate and receive the difference as a commission, paid by check each calendar quarter.
Enterprise covers PayMidWare's own fees (plan, add-ons and usage). It never includes the card processing fees charged by a merchant's payment gateway. Your statement is debited monthly from your bank account by ACH.
Enterprise is offered by approval, after a short review of your business that includes your registration details and a U.S. EIN. Tell us about your platform and how many merchants you expect to bring, and we will come back with what is possible.
